Dredging sediment from the bottom of the waters of the port of Antwerp and storing it is essential to maintain depth and space for shipping. RIJKERS played a role in a successful conditioning process of the sediment with the design and construction of a milk of lime production and dosing system.

Filoform opened a state-of-the-art plant in Geldermalsen boasting the very latest technologies in the field of sustainability. The RIJKERS team was called in during the preliminary phase for the engineering and turnkey delivery of an entirely new process system, including the pipework and controls.

In order to increase the capacity, Van Dam Bodegraven B.V. commissioned RIJKERS to build a new dosing and mixing system. The process system was delivered and installed completely turnkey, including the software. This project enabled us to show how our extensive knowledge of mixing powders and liquids can benefit the client.

Using a patented coating principle, Chromalloy adds an aluminum coating to critical engine parts for the aircraft industry. We designed, built, installed and commissioned the conveying system and all components of the new A12 coating installation at the Chromalloy site in Tilburg.

Developing milk of lime systems is one of RIJKERS' specialist areas. For a global leader in the dairy industry, we developed a sophisticated mixing and dosing system according to the strictest safety standards. Despite the challenges due to the limited space in the factory, the project was a resounding success.
